Spark & Partners is a boutique brokerage in the Principality for sales, rentals and private transactions, with a Private Office for properties above €10 million. We are part of a Monaco property group that also manages some two hundred of the Principality's residential buildings, which is why we know them from the inside.

Edmund Ashworth never existed, but his standards do here.
In our telling, he was a London house agent of the kind that appeared when the trade itself was new: a man who walked every property before he described it, who refused to list what he would not buy, and who believed a house was worth exactly what a buyer could trust about it. We quote the price per square metre on every listing, weighted for terraces, because that is how this market trades. We know the buildings, the copropriétés and the charges, not just the apartments.

We would rather hold fewer mandates and sell them well. Every property we present has been visited, measured and photographed to the standard the building deserves.

A named partner answers, in your language, within one working day. Offers are drafted to Monaco law, deposits sit with the notaire, and nothing about your file is shared without your agreement.
