Valuation
A number you can defend
We do not publish an automatic valuation. In Monaco the price per square metre moves from €54,000 to over €130,000 within a few hundred metres, and an algorithm will be wrong in both directions. A partner visits, compares against the transactions that matter and gives you a written opinion with its reasoning.
If you manage a building with us, the valuation also draws on the copropriété's own records: charges, works voted and the fonds de travaux.
